AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Receptionist (Guest Service Ambassador)

Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Rotating shifts

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Handle reservations and maintain accurate guest records
• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally
• Promote hotel services and facilities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Good customer service attitude
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Career Progression:
Receptionist → Senior Guest Service Officer → Duty Manager

2. Housekeeping Supervisor (5 Days Work Week)

Location: Orchard
Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Conduct inspections and quality checks
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery
• Train staff and manage team performance
• Monitor inventory and equipment usage

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Career Progression:
Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Executive Housekeeper

3. Housekeeper / Cleaner

Location: Orchard
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to standards
• Change linens and replenish amenities
• Maintain cleanliness of common and service areas
• Deliver supplies and restock items
• Respond to guest requests efficiently
• Report maintenance issues when necessary

Requirements:

• No experience required (training provided)
• Responsible and hardworking
• Physically fit
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
