Job Overview
We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible Casual Cleaner to support daily office cleaning operations at Perennial Business City. This position is suitable for individuals who are committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a professional office setting.
The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to complete assigned tasks within a fixed timeframe. As part of the cleaning team, you will contribute to ensuring that the workplace remains clean, organized, and presentable for employees and visitors.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Total of 3 working hours per day
- 5-day work week
- Fixed and consistent schedule

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties within the office premises. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining office areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Wiping and sanitizing desks, tables, and frequently used surfaces
- Cleaning and organizing pantry areas
- Replenishing pantry supplies such as tissue paper, soap, and other basic necessities
- Sweeping and mopping of floors
- Vacuuming carpeted areas where required
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of rubbish in designated areas
- Ensuring all assigned cleaning tasks are completed within the given time frame
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace
- Following basic cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail are important to ensure that all cleaning standards are met.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders may apply
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old and above
- Basic cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Positive working attitude and good time management skills
Training and Support
On-the-job training will be provided to ensure that all staff are familiar with the required cleaning procedures and expectations. New hires will be guided on the workflow and standards to maintain consistency in performance.
