Salary and Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate:
$12 – $18 per hour depending on shift assignment and eligibility

Estimated Monthly Gross Salary:
Up to $3,000++ per month including overtime and allowances

Additional Benefits Include:
Night Shift Allowance: $15 per night for employees assigned to the night shift

Working Schedule
The company operates both day and night shifts to ensure continuous operations. Applicants may be assigned to either shift depending on manpower requirements.

Day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
This shift is ideal for individuals who prefer daytime working hours and a regular evening rest schedule.

Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Employees working during the night shift will receive an additional night shift allowance of $15 per night.

Job Responsibilities
As an Army Ammunition Product Packer, employees will play a key role in supporting production and packing operations. The responsibilities involve handling products carefully while following safety and operational procedures.
