RK Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our professional cleaning team in Singapore. This full-time role offers stable employment, competitive salary, structured training, and a supportive work environment. 1. Work Locations

Successful candidates may be deployed across multiple sites, including but not limited to:

  • Woodlands (North)
  • Tuas (West) – shuttle service available from Joo Koon MRT
  • Admiralty (North)
  • Bukit Batok (West)
  • Additional 20+ locations islandwide

Assignments consider proximity to residence where feasible, but final deployment is determined by company operational needs. Transfers between sites may occur as required.

 

2. Employment Terms

  • Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Days: 6 days/week with 1 weekday rest day
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Holidays & Overtime: Work on weekends and public holidays is required; off-in-lieu and overtime pay provided as per company policy

Schedules and site assignments may adjust periodically to meet operational requirements.

 

 

 

3. Salary & Incentives

  • Gross Monthly Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,500 (including fixed allowances)
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: Based on attendance, work quality, teamwork, and compliance with policies

5. Responsibilities

General Cleaning:

  • Maintain dormitories, corridors, staircases, common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
  • Clean toilets, showers, sinks, and washrooms
  • Empty bins and replenish supplies

Maintenance Reporting:

  • Report defects, damages, and safety hazards

Teamwork & Safety:

  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
  • Follow company rules, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

 

 

6. Requirements

  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Physically fit for manual cleaning tasks
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays
  • Reliable, responsible, disciplined, punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous cleaning experience is a plus
