Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Heavy Forklift / Kalmar Operators (Above 5 Tonnes) to support daily yard and logistics operations. This is a long-term, full-time role offering stable
employment, paid overtime, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates with experience in open yards, container depots, or heavy cargo environments are encouraged to apply.
Employment Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week
Working Hours: According to operational requirements
Work Environment: Outdoor open yard / logistics facility
Start Date: Immediate or as scheduled
Salary and Compensation
Monthly Salary: $2,000 – $2,400
Basic Salary: $1,900 – $2,400 (based on experience)
Overtime Pay: Paid according to company policy and MOM guidelines
Income Stability: Regular workload with consistent OT opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy forklifts above 5 tonnes, including Kalmar equipment
Handle containers, loose cargo, and out-of-gauge cargo
Load and unload cargo onto low-bed trailers and designated areas
Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure equipment is in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times
Coordinate with supervisors and ground staff during lifting operations
Report any equipment defects, incidents, or safety hazards promptly
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
Job Requirements
Valid Heavy Forklift Certificate (Above 5 Tonnes) is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy forklifts in open yard or container depot environments
Experience with Kalmar forklifts is an advantage
Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
Responsible, safety-conscious, and a good team player
