As a Packaging Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring that milk coffee products are packed properly, sealed hygienically, and prepared according to company quality standards before they are distributed to the market.
The packaging department works closely with the production and quality control teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy during the packaging process.
Key Responsibilities
Employees assigned to the packaging department will perform several important tasks related to product preparation and quality control.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Operating and monitoring automated packaging machines
• Packing milk coffee products into designated packaging materials
• Ensuring that each product package is sealed properly and securely
• Checking packaging materials for cleanliness and quality
• Labeling products accurately according to production batches
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the working area
• Following workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Assisting supervisors and team members during production activities
• Reporting any machine irregularities or packaging defects

Salary & Compensation Package

Basic Monthly Salary:
SGD $2,600 – SGD $3,800
In addition to the basic salary, employees are eligible for several additional benefits and allowances.
Additional Allowances
• Full Attendance Bonus: SGD $300 per month
• Room Allowance: Up to SGD $250 per month
• Meal Allowance: SGD $10 per working day
• Transportation Allowance: SGD $5 per working day
• Morning Shift Allowance: SGD $15 per day
• Night Shift Allowance: SGD $25 per day
• Additional Full Night Shift Incentive: SGD $500 per month
With these allowances, the total monthly income may increase significantly depending on attendance, working days, and shift assignments.

Working Schedule
The factory operates using a shift-based working system to maintain continuous production efficiency.
Employees will work 4 days per week, providing a balanced schedule between work responsibilities and rest time.
Shift Schedule
Morning Shift:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift:
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Shift schedules will be arranged based on operational requirements and production planning.
The four-day work system allows employees to maintain better work-life balance compared to traditional five or six-day work schedules.
Job Requirements

Before starting work, all new employees will participate in a training and orientation program conducted by the company.
