Position Overview
We are currently hiring Packers to join our production department. In this role, you will help ensure that our ice cream products are carefully packed and prepared for distribution to our clients.
This is a full-time position offering stable employment, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Position Details
Role: Packer (Production Department)
Location: Senoko, Woodlands, Tuas – Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650 per month (including allowances and performance bonuses)
Key Responsibilities
As a Packer at Singapore Ice Cream Factory, your responsibilities will include:
Carefully packing finished ice cream products into containers and cartons while ensuring quality standards are met.
Checking labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates to ensure accurate packaging and delivery.
Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
Working closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially when working in cool rooms or cold storage areas.
Assisting with product storage, inventory handling, and product movement during busy periods.
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Working Hours and Schedule
We value work-life balance and provide a schedule designed to allow rest and personal time.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days rest (rotating)
Overtime: Available with additional pay
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package along with various allowances and incentives:
Base Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650 per month
Room Allowance: SGD 150/month
Attendance Bonus: SGD 100/month
Meal Allowance: SGD 15/day
Shift Allowance: SGD 15–25 per shift
Overtime Pay: Additional pay for extra hours
