A Day in the Role

Your typical workday will take place in a clean, temperature-controlled production facility, where hygiene and efficiency are strictly maintained.

At the start of your shift, you will:

• Attend a short team briefing with your supervisor
• Receive your assigned station and daily production targets
• Ensure all required protective equipment is properly worn

 

Throughout the shift, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately packing milk powder products according to company standards
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any inconsistencies
• Handling materials safely using proper lifting techniques
• Maintaining cleanliness of your workstation at all times

 

You will work as part of a team, where coordination and communication are essential to ensure smooth production flow. Supervisors are always present to guide, assist, and ensure all operations run efficiently.

 

At the end of your shift, you will:

• Complete basic reporting or handover tasks
• Clean and organize your work area
• Prepare for the next shift transition

 

Compensation & Earnings Structure

We offer a transparent and rewarding salary structure designed to recognize effort and consistency:

• Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,200/month
• Performance Allowance: SGD 100/month
• Transport Allowance: SGD 50/month
• Shift Allowance:
  • Day Shift: SGD 10/day
  • Night Shift: SGD 13/day
• Overtime Pay: Applicable after 44 hours/week

With overtime and allowances, employees can realistically achieve monthly gross earnings between SGD 2,700 – 3,200++.

• Monday to Thursday, or
