Position Title
Chocolate Milk Factory – Production Operator / Packer

Position Overview
The Production Operator / Packer plays an important role in the chocolate milk manufacturing process. Employees in this role assist with various stages of production and packaging operations.
Responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring equipment, preparing materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining cleanliness within the production area.
Employees must perform tasks according to company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
The work environment is organized and professionally managed. Employees receive guidance and supervision from experienced production supervisors and will receive training before beginning full duties.
Salary and Compensation
Employees receive a competitive salary package consisting of a base salary and multiple allowances.
Basic Monthly Salary
SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,600 per month
Final salary depends on:
- Work performance
- Attendance record
- Shift assignment
- Productivity level
- Compliance with company procedures
Accommodation Allowance
SGD 250 per month
Provided to assist employees with housing expenses while living and working in Singapore.
Attendance Bonus
Employees with perfect monthly attendance may receive:
SGD 300 per month
Meal Allowance
SGD 10 per working day
Provided to support meal expenses during work hours.
Transportation Allowance
SGD 5 per working day
Provided to assist with commuting costs between accommodation and workplace.
Shift Allowances
Day Shift Allowance
SGD 15 per day
Evening / Night Shift Allowance
SGD 25 per day
Special Night Shift Incentive
Employees assigned to evening or night shifts for a full month may receive an additional:
SGD 500 per month
Work Schedule
Weekly Schedule
Employees work four days per week, allowing multiple rest days for personal time and recovery.
Shift Schedule
Day Shift
09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Evening / Night Shift
05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
Shift assignments are determined by production supervisors according to operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
Production Operations
Employees may:
- Operate machines used in chocolate milk processing
- Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare ingredients and supply materials to production lines
- Report equipment issues or irregularities to supervisors
Packaging Duties
Employees may:
- Pack finished chocolate milk products into cartons or containers
- Operate packaging machines for sealing and labeling
- Inspect packaging quality and ensure correct labeling
- Organize packaged products for storage and shipment
Quality Inspection
Workers may assist with quality control by:
- Checking product packaging condition
- Verifying product labels and information
- Identifying damaged or defective products
- Reporting issues to supervisors or quality control staff
Hygiene and Sanitation
Strict hygiene standards must be maintained.
Employees must:
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety procedures
- Wear required protective equipment (gloves, hair nets, uniforms)
- Comply with company hygiene policies and food safety standards
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Factory experience is not required. Training will be provided.
