Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Shift-Based, Rotational)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Excellence

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity
  • Maintain and enforce strict standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
  • Supervise shift operations, including manpower planning and deployment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
  • Monitor service speed, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency
  • Uphold food safety standards and ensure a safe working environment

 

2. Financial & Business Management

  • Manage restaurant budgets and ensure cost efficiency across all operations
  • Analyze key financial reports such as Profit & Loss (P&L), sales trends, and labor productivity
  • Control operational costs including food, labor, and wastage
  • Optimize inventory management and reduce shrinkage
  • Identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
  • Execute action plans to achieve sales and financial targets

 

3. Sales Growth & Market Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Execute national and local marketing campaigns effectively
  • Analyze customer behavior and adapt strategies to meet market demand
  • Enhance overall customer experience to build strong brand loyalty
  • Ensure excellent service standards to maximize repeat business

 

4. People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance
  • Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluation
  • Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring for team members
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Build a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented work culture
