Returns Policy : 

– You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

– Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note, is required for all returns.

– Kifito reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

 

Refunds Policy:

– Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its receipt and status.
– The refund process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving your return.
– For pre-paid orders, if your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded to your credit card or original method of electronic payment.
– The refunded amount will reflect in your bank statement within 10-15 days, subject to your bank or card issuer’s policies.
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank details to support@kifito.com.
