About the Role
As a Packaging Staff member, you will play a key role in the production line by ensuring that milk coffee products are properly packed, hygienically sealed, and meet company quality standards before distribution.
Singapore’s manufacturing sector is known for its high standards of hygiene and safety, and all employees will receive full training to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Salary & Benefits
We offer a transparent and attractive compensation package:
- Basic Salary: SGD $2,600 – $3,800 / month
- Attendance Bonus: SGD $300 / month
- Room Allowance: Up to SGD $250 / month
- Meal Allowance: SGD $10 / working day
- Transport Allowance: SGD $5 / working day
- Morning Shift Allowance: SGD $15 / day
- Night Shift Allowance: SGD $25 / day
- Night Shift Incentive: SGD $500 / month
Total monthly income may increase significantly depending on shifts and working days.
Working Schedule
- 4 Days Work Per Week
- Shift System:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
This schedule provides a good work-life balance, with shifts arranged based on operational needs.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Male or female
- Physically and mentally fit
- Willing to work in a factory environment
- Able to work shifts, including night shifts
- Disciplined and able to follow company rules
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machines
- Pack products according to quality standards
- Ensure proper sealing and packaging
- Label products accurately
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Follow safety procedures
- Assist production team when needed
You will be guided by experienced supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
