RecruitFirst is currently seeking motivated individuals to join as Full-Time Operators at a manufacturing company located in the Woodlands and Senoko industrial areas. These locations are well-known as stable industrial hubs, offering long-term career opportunities and a structured working environment.

 

 

This position is offered on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Successful candidates will be deployed directly to the client company and will work in an environment that adheres to strict safety standards and operational procedures.

 

Job Details

• Employment Type: Contract
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Monthly Salary: $2,200 – $3,000
• Location: Woodlands & Senoko

 

This role is ideal for individuals interested in the food manufacturing industry and comfortable working shifts, especially night shifts.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday

In addition to the basic salary, employees are entitled to overtime (OT) pay. On average, there are 3–4 hours of OT per week, paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 8 working hours. With base salary, allowances, and OT combined, total monthly earnings can reach up to $3,000.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Operator, you will be involved in food production processes, including:

• Performing general production tasks such as preparation and processing
• Operating cooking machinery according to company procedures
• Weighing and preparing raw materials
• Inspecting the quality of raw materials and finished products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Following all safety regulations
• Reporting operational issues to supervisors
• Carrying out additional tasks as required

This role requires discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates should:

• Be willing to work night shifts
• Be open to overtime work when required
• Be comfortable working in temperatures around 30°C
• Be disciplined, able to follow instructions, and committed
