Job Overview

• Position: Full-Time Night Warehouse Assistant
• Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour fixed shift)
• Rest days are scheduled to ensure adequate recovery time
• Work in a structured environment with clear processes and supervision

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary Range: $2,990 to $3,200
• Starting salary from $2,995 and above, depending on performance and experience
• Overtime opportunities are available on a voluntary basis for those who wish to increase their earnings
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Equivalent to 1 month salary
• Performance Bonus: Up to 3 months, based on individual and company performance
• Stable income with potential for higher earnings through overtime and bonuses

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Receiving incoming goods and ensuring all items are accounted for accurately
• Loading and unloading materials or products safely and efficiently
• Sorting, organizing, and storing items in designated warehouse locations
• Picking and packing goods according to order requirements
• Preparing items for dispatch and ensuring timely delivery processes
• Conducting basic quality checks to identify damaged or defective items
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the supervisor promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Following all workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Assisting with any additional duties assigned by supervisors or team leaders

Requirements

• Open to Singaporeans only
• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Able to work night shifts consistently
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
• Team player with a positive work attitude
