Gross Salary: $2,800 – $3,000 per month

Job Overview

We are hiring Forklift / Reach Truck Drivers for a warehouse role located at Tuas Link. This position is suitable for candidates who are looking for stable weekday working hours, a fixed morning shift schedule, and a long-term assignment with the possibility of extension after June 2026.

 

The role involves daily warehouse operations, including operating forklift and reach truck equipment, handling stock movement, supporting picking and packing activities, and assisting with inventory checks. Candidates should be responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for applicants who have prior experience operating forklift and reach truck, and who are able to work independently while also supporting the warehouse team when needed.

Salary and Payment Details

Hourly Pay: $16 per hour

Gross Salary: Approximately $2,800 to $3,000 per month, depending on attendance, working days, overtime, and operational requirements.

Overtime Pay:
Overtime will be paid according to the applicable overtime rate, including 1.5x and 2.0x, depending on the schedule and company arrangement.

Salary Payment:
Monthly or biweekly salary payment may be available, depending on arrangement.

CPF Contribution:
CPF contribution will be provided for eligible employees.

Work Week: 5 days per week

This position offers a regular weekday schedule, making it suitable for candidates who prefer morning shift work and do not wish to work rotating shifts. Overtime may be available when required by warehouse operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations. Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operate forklift and reach truck safely within the warehouse
• Move, load, unload, stack, and arrange goods according to warehouse requirements
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Assist in picking and packing items accurately
• Perform cycle counting and basic inventory checking
• Ensure stock is placed in the correct location
• Check goods for quantity, condition, and accuracy when required
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing warehouse items
• Maintain proper handling of goods to prevent damage
• Follow safety procedures when operating warehouse equipment
• Keep the working area clean, neat, and organized
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to the supervisor
• Support the warehouse team with other daily operational tasks
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties when required

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must be Singaporean
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday working schedule
• Comfortable working from 8:00am to 5:15pm
• Able to work at Tuas Link location
• Prior experience operating forklift and reach truck is preferred
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Able to follow safety rules and workplace procedures
• Able to work independently when required
• Able to cooperate with warehouse team members
• Able to handle daily warehouse duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Physically fit to support warehouse operations when needed
• Willing to assist with picking, packing, cycle counting, and general warehouse duties

Work Location

The workplace is located at Tuas Link, West Region.

The location is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Tuas Link MRT, making it accessible for candidates who are able to travel to the Tuas area. This position may be suitable for applicants staying in the West or those comfortable commuting to Tuas Link for work.
