Jurong Packers is currently seeking dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth logistics processes, particularly in the picking and packing of goods for distribution.

The workplace is located in the Jurong industrial area, one of Singapore’s key logistics hubs, with convenient access via public and private transportation.

Warehouse Assistant (Pick & Pack)

Employment Type

Full-Time

Working Schedule

• Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
• Rest day: Sunday
• Working hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Break times will be provided in accordance with company policy and labor regulations

This position requires commitment to a fixed schedule and the ability to work extended daily hours.

Salary and Compensation

• Monthly salary: $2,420 to $2,500
• Daily rate option: $110 per day
• Flexible payment system, including cash payment option

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Perform picking of goods based on order lists or system instructions
• Pack items carefully and securely according to required standards
• Ensure accuracy between physical items and order details
• Conduct quality checks on goods before packing
• Sort and arrange inventory according to categories and storage locations
• Assist with loading and unloading activities when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens only (Singaporean only)
• Physically fit and able to carry items up to approximately 10 kg
• Able to perform active, physically demanding tasks
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willing to follow instructions and maintain good work attitude
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required

• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
• Willing to commit to long-term employment
• Demonstrates professionalism and a positive work attitude
