Position Overview
We are currently hiring Packers to support our production operations. This role is essential in ensuring that all ice cream products are packed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards before being distributed to customers.

 

This is a full-time position offering a consistent work schedule, competitive salary, and additional benefits. Employees will work in a clean, well-maintained production environment with proper safety measures in place.

Role: Packer (Production Department)
Location: Senoko, Woodlands, Tuas – Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: SGD 2,300 – 3,650 per month (inclusive of allowances and performance-based bonuses)

 

Key Responsibilities
As a Packer at Singapore Ice Cream Factory, you will play an important role in the final stage of the production process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Carefully packing finished ice cream products into containers, cartons, and boxes in accordance with company standards
Checking product labels to ensure accuracy, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and product details

 

 

Inspecting products for any defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues and reporting them to supervisors promptly
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the packing and production areas at all times
Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly when working in temperature-controlled environments such as cold rooms and freezers

 

Assisting in the movement, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse or production facility
Supporting team members and supervisors in meeting daily and weekly production targets
Adhering to all workplace safety regulations and guidelines

 

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. While prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, it is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

 

Working Hours and Schedule
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our work schedule is designed to provide employees with sufficient rest while ensuring productivity.

 

 

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 4 days working, followed by 2 days off (rotating schedule)
Overtime: Available based on operational needs, with additional compensation provided
This structured schedule allows employees to plan their personal time effectively while maintaining a stable income.

 

 

Salary and Benefits
Singapore Ice Cream Factory offers a competitive and attractive compensation package designed to reward employee performance and commitment.
Base Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650 per month
Room Allowance: SGD 150 per month
Attendance Bonus: SGD 100 per month
Meal Allowance: SGD 15 per working day
Shift Allowance: SGD 15 to 25 per shift depending on schedule

 

Overtime Pay: Additional earnings for extra working hours
Annual Bonus based on company and individual performance
